DROP OFF

● Certified preparers will arrive 15 mins before designated time, with required PPE supplies

.● Tax filers arriving at the site will receive a tax return envelope with instructions and the required forms to complete.

● Tax filers will be directed to a designated area (socially distanced) or advised to return to their car or home to complete the required forms.

● Upon completion, the tax filer will return the tax envelope with the completed forms to a preparer

.● The preparer will scan the forms for later preparation, return the original documents to the tax filer and advise the filer when to expect a telephone call for Quality Review and when to pick up their completed return.

Pick Up

● Certified preparers will arrive 15 mins before designated time, with required PPE supplies.

● Tax filers will present photo identification, sign the necessary documents and pick up a copy of the completed return.
